  2. Apply for ACP: Submit your application through the USAC National Verifier portal or contact our helpline for assisted enrollment.

  4. Pay Minimum Co-Pay: Contribute the mandatory $10.01 co-pay (ACP rules require at least $10.01 participant contribution for device benefits).
